All Bookings require a 20% Deposit to be made at time of booking.
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event will forfeit 50% of the deposit unless rescheduled. Cancellations made within less than 7 days prior to the event will forfeit all of the deposit.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All Participants are required to complete a Players Registration Form.
If participant is under the age of 18, then a guardian must complete the form.
To ensure that the event starts on time, it is advised to download the form, read it and fill in prior to the event and please, bring it with you
